Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North has added Desert Orchard, a new artisanal café honoring the Sonoran Desert. AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town opened in February 2026 with 168 rooms, rooftop attractions, meeting spaces and pet-friendly rooms. Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas continues its $24-million renovation, Sanctuary Camelback Mountain completed a $7-million meeting-space renovation, and JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn unveiled a $25-million spa transformation.

ADERO Scottsdale Resort announced a phased transformation including refreshed casitas, a new restaurant, redesigned pool deck, expanded spa and enhanced celestial programming. The Villas at the Scottsdale Hilton Resort offer private entrances, reserved parking, outdoor patios, kitchens and accommodations for up to eight guests. The Villas at Canyon Suites at The Phoenician are planned as an eight-villa private enclave, while Hotel Valley Ho announced an $18-million room renovation.
